Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of advisiodigitalpartners.com (the "Site") and the services, communications and SMS/text messaging program offered by Advisio Digital Partners ("Advisio," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, submitting a form, or opting in to receive messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.



1. Services

Advisio provides digital marketing and advisory services, including strategy and positioning, traffic generation, paid advertising (Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Facebook Ads), SEO, Google Maps optimization, reputation management, lead capture and funnel builds, AI automations, AI sales tools and custom AI agents. Specific deliverables, fees and timelines for client engagements are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that engagement.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Site or our services. By using them, you represent that you meet these requirements.


3. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms (A2P 10DLC)

Program name: Advisio Digital Partners Notifications.

Program description: When you opt in, you may receive text messages from Advisio Digital Partners about your inquiry, consultation and appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, account and service updates, customer support, and, if you separately agree, marketing and promotional offers about our services.

How you opt in: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our Site, texting a keyword we publish to our number, or giving verbal or written consent to a member of our team. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Opt-in consent checkboxes are not pre-checked.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. Advisio does not charge for the program.

Opt out: You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOP ALL. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. To rejoin, reply START or opt in again through our Site.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Supported carriers: The program is supported by major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and others. Carrier participation may change without notice.

Your number: You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. If your number changes or is reassigned, notify us or reply STOP so we stop messaging that number.

Privacy: Information collected through the SMS program is handled under our Privacy Policy below. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.


4. Calls, Automated Systems and AI Tools

By providing your phone number and consent, you agree that Advisio may contact you by phone, text or email, including through automated or AI-assisted systems, about your inquiry and our services. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP, asking to be placed on our do-not-contact list, or contacting us. Clients who use our AI automation, follow-up or SMS tools to message their own customers are responsible for obtaining all required consents and complying with the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, carrier A2P 10DLC requirements and other applicable laws.


5. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Submit false, misleading or another person's information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers or related systems
  • Introduce viruses, malware or other harmful code
  • Scrape, copy or reproduce Site content without our written permission


6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, designs and software, is owned by or licensed to Advisio Digital Partners and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written consent.


7. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, platform algorithms and your business operations. Any examples, testimonials or projections are illustrative only. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or revenue unless expressly stated in a signed agreement.


8. Third-Party Platforms and Links

Our services may rely on third-party platforms such as Google, Meta and messaging providers, and the Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, availability or changes, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.


9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Advisio and its owners, employees and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, or $100 if you paid nothing.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Advisio from any claims, losses or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.


13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • SMS information: your mobile number, opt-in date, time and method, opt-out requests, and message history needed to run the program.
  • Client account information: billing details, ad account access and campaign data you provide to receive our services.
  • Automatically collected information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs and similar usage data, collected through cookies, pixels and analytics tools.


2. How We Use Your Information

3. SMS / Text Messaging Privacy (A2P 10DLC)

If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to receive, as described in our Terms and Conditions.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and SMS delivery providers, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.


4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

  • Service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, CRM, email, payment processing, analytics and SMS delivery providers, bound to use it only to provide services to us. SMS opt-in data shared with these providers is used only to deliver our messages.
  • Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, when needed to run campaigns for you as a client or to measure our own Site advertising. This never includes SMS opt-in data or consent.
  • Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, users or the public.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
  • With your consent for any other purpose you approve.


5. Cookies and Tracking

We and our partners use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, analyze traffic and deliver relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling them may affect how the Site works.

  • Email: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
  • Calls: ask to be added to our internal do-not-call list.
  • Access, correction and deletion: contact us to request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.


9. Children's Privacy

The Site and our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
